To get started, go to <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"schedule conference button\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/ANN92T-hw_oI14yAA8aTEEXNc5PdBng6-5KiLypajZvbMzDWnkAEiWfSWX1jkNO4p4EwRZccpl9iLsmGgU_Ye_r7jjoBZwFRoIIJnJwNRmL0lJ-Rhz4TIx_ZXdZ4F_yjbQ\"><strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Schedule Conference\/Conference\u201d<\/strong> in the web client&nbsp;or app then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fill in the conference details.<\/li><li>In the drop-down <strong>\u201cSelect Email \/ Calendar to add to\u201d<\/strong>, select <strong>\u201cGoogle\u201d<\/strong>, <strong>\u201cMicrosoft 365\u201d<\/strong>, <strong>\u201cOutlook Online\u201d<\/strong> or&nbsp;<strong>\u201cDesktop Outlook (.ics)\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click <strong>\u201cCreate Meeting\u201d<\/strong> or&nbsp;<strong>\u201cSchedule\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;and a new tab will open in which you can create the calendar event for your meeting and invite participants.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you are using desktop Outlook, an .ics file will download. Open the file and a pre-filled calendar entry will open on your desktop.<\/li><li>Click <strong>\u201cInvite Attendees\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;to add your participants.<\/li><li>Click <strong>\u201cSave\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;or <strong>\u201cSend\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;to schedule your meeting and invite participants.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: selecting <strong>\u201cEmail (Legacy, NO RSVP)\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;will send a bare-bones email invitation in which the RSVP function does not work. For this reason, we highly recommend you choose one of the other options &#8211; Google, Microsoft 365, Outlook online, or desktop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h.szk1pjtgh92w\">Create an ad hoc video conference<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>\u201cSchedule Conference\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;feature of the web client, you can select <strong>\u201cNow\u201d<\/strong>, or <strong>\u201cStart Now\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;in the Windows app, and follow the steps above to create an instant meeting. To create a new conference:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tap on the menu <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"app menu button\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/z4X-QqkQ_TaH9yxglo_5XzktpHIZaW6EEF864ubo2gIUULJi2U5-xvNXei14Bt4I88AtmUfmJtr012otMyWpkykNxpWR0zlzHYEcjfSeqTS_yVx6W_6jtXWpJNtW9wxunQ\">&nbsp;button in the top left corner.<\/li><li>Select <strong>\u201cSchedul<\/strong><strong>e\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Add your Subject, Notes and choose a date and time to schedule your conference.<\/li><li>Tap <strong>\u201cSave\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;and a new calendar entry will open.<\/li><li>Add participants in <strong>\u201cInvitees\u201d<\/strong> by selecting existing contacts or enter their phone or email address.<\/li><li>Tap <strong>\u201cDone\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You can manage your conferences from the <strong>\u201cConference\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;section in the app, or from the web client in <strong>\u201cSchedule Conference\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h.6mjq2k2bua0p\">Elevate a current call to a conference\/ad hoc audio conference<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With the web client and browser extension, it\u2019s easy to invite additional participants to an ongoing call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/6jqmhBSmC9N12klVUo11OvkNhM-7EFvQRQOpHJqCwvgsbfBIi_FVES2D98Rgr2_CxoNn67ojeYYGaoqrBez2ogkcDQznGiH-MO0DdlmtJ_08qwVzJAi95IatvBqF_jloGg\" alt=\"Elevate a current call to a conference\" title=\"Elevate a current call to a conference\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To elevate a call to a conference:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the <strong>\u201cConference\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;button in the dialer pop-up in the web client or in the browser extension.<\/li><li>Search for who you want to add to the call by name or extension, or enter their phone number.<\/li><li>Press enter and that\u2019s it! They will be automatically dialed.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h.ppwgru814og2\">Your personalized Click2Meet URL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Click2Meet is a unique URL that you can share with customers, partners or colleagues, just like your office phone number, for an easy and free way to contact you. Your shareable Click2Meet URL can be found in your Welcome Email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When someone requests a WebMeeting via your unique URL, you will be notified by email or chat. All you need to do is click on the URL sent to you to accept the request and enter the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note:&nbsp;Your administrator must set the <strong>\u201cNotify me\u201d<\/strong> option for your extension or queue for Click2Meet meeting requests to be delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h.rxsfpr81gyj\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the unusual event that your video is not working when joining a 3CX WebMeeting, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If the <strong>\u201cCould not detect your Webcam\u201d<\/strong> message is displayed, your video device is not connected or not working. Try reconnecting your webcam, or using a different device.<\/li><li>Check if you can see your preview image at the bottom right of the screen. If a red camera icon appears beside your name in the Attendees list, this indicates that there is an issue with your webcam.<\/li><li>Check if another application is using your webcam by closing all video-related applications, then join the meeting again.
